In the coveted Khamovniki district of Moscow, the Elbert Group is building a 52-unit condominium with design and space planning at the forefront. For this exclusive project, we tapped The Green Design Society for architecture, London-based Hesse Macken Studio for interior design of the apartments and common areas, and Austrian-based Strabag as general contractor. We broke ground in 2019 and delivery is scheduled for 2021.
